Refund policy

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds for items purchased on ZaraVita within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Final sale items marked as "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for refunds.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at  [email protected] to request a return authorization
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-7 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

For items returned due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable. Please note that international returns may take longer to process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Swimwear and intimate apparel with hygiene seals removed
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery
